Helikon-Tex MBDU Shirt NyCo Ripstop

Anatomically cut field shirt with stretch panels for full mobility

The MBDU Shirt is part of the Modern Battle Dress Uniform and is anatomically cut to move with the body rather than against it. Side panels of VersaStretch fabric (93% nylon, 7% elastane) give four-way stretch, while the main NyCo ripstop fabric (50% nylon, 50% cotton, 225g/m²) provides the durability.

Collar and pockets

The classic collar can be worn flat or raised and secured at the neck with hook-and-loop tape. Reinforced elbow sections with their own insert pocket add protection, and the sleeves close with hook-and-loop adjustable cuffs.

  • Two expandable chest pockets for documents
  • Two shoulder pockets with internal loops for small gear
  • Hook-and-loop panels on the shoulders and above the chest pockets for insignia
  • Mesh inserts of 100% polyester at high-ventilation points
